At Jim Shorkey Toyota, the well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority. Just to remind you:

 

• We have Purell antibacterial hand-sanitizing stations throughout our facilities.
• Our maintenance staff uses industrial disinfectant products on all main customer and employee touch-points throughout each day. Our team has also increased the level of disinfectant cleaning in general.
• In service, we practice social distancing. Your car is protected on intake and sanitized again once service is completed.
• Team members are prohibited from working at our facilities if they have any signs of illness or possible exposure and must be medically cleared to return to work.
• We continue to monitor the situation regularly, consult industry experts and make policy adaptations as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
• Every service loaner and demo vehicle in our facilities is wiped down after each use.
• We want you to be assured that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities safe for everyone.
