This vehicle features a high-tech Blind-Spot Monitor with a Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. These systems warn the driver when another vehicle moves into a potential blind spot. It even works when moving in reverse, detecting vehicles approaching from either side. In addition to audible tones, these feature display a warning light in the side mirrors.
Every model of the 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross has nine standard airbags. This includes front bags for the driver and front passenger. There's also some extra knee protection for the driver. There are outboard, seat-mounted side airbags, and side-curtain airbags that help protect passengers in the rear seats.
